Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the matpath.app website and the MatPath service, operated by ENVS Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“ENVS,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing a MatPath Pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What MatPath is

MatPath is a recruiting analytics tool that presents college wrestling program, roster, and fit information for research purposes. It is an informational tool only.

The MatPath Pass

A MatPath Pass is a one-time digital purchase (currently $79.99 USD), not a subscription — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. At checkout you select your athlete’s graduation year, and the Pass unlocks Pass features for 12 months from the date of purchase. Prices are shown before checkout and applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; access is delivered electronically upon successful payment.

No guarantee of results

All figures are estimates for research purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, or admissions advice. MatPath does not guarantee recruitment, admission, roster placement, a scholarship, financial aid, or any specific result. Recruiting and admissions decisions are made solely by coaches and institutions.

No affiliation

MatPath is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any conference, any institution, or any third-party data provider. Names are used for identification only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, republish, or redistribute MatPath data, and not to use the service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it. A Pass is for your household’s personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual property

The MatPath name, site, and original content are owned by ENVS Holdings LLC. Underlying program and institutional facts are not claimed as proprietary.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENVS’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for your Pass.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
