What this covers

This policy covers this website (matpath.app) and the MatPath service operated by ENVS Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

What we collect and store

Browsing this website collects nothing: no accounts, no tracking, no analytics cookies, and no advertising. If you purchase a MatPath Pass, we store only your email address, a Stripe customer identifier, and your Pass status and expiration date. Payment details (card numbers, billing information) are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch our servers. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Information you submit for results

If you enter academic information (such as GPA or test scores) to compute a fit result, it is sent to our server only to compute your result for that request. It is never stored, logged, retained, sold, or shared.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The MatPath service sets a single strictly-necessary, first-party sign-in cookie after purchase or sign-in to keep your Pass active. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and we use no third-party cookies.

Your choices

To correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@envspromotions.com from the address associated with your Pass and we will act on your request.

Children

MatPath is intended for use by parents, guardians, and student-athletes aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
