Refund Policy

Purchases

MatPath Passes are one-time digital purchases processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, and applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. You will receive a receipt from Stripe by email.

Refunds

If MatPath isn’t what you expected, email info@envspromotions.com within 14 days of purchase from the email address used at checkout and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method; most appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated Pass is deactivated and access to paid features ends.

Cancellation

A Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed term, not an auto-renewing subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop; access simply ends when the term expires.
